This website provides product information and support. It has no accounts or online health records, does not read app data, and has no advertising or visitor analytics added by us.

Contact and feedback
You can contact us by email. The online feedback form is only available after the email service is configured. If enabled, it sends the selected product, reply email, and message to support. It does not automatically attach app records.
If the form is enabled, Cloudflare handles requests and Turnstile abuse checks, Resend delivers messages, and Gmail receives support email. These services may process information outside mainland China. See the Resend and Google privacy policies.
Do not send full health records, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not maintain a separate feedback database or use support email for marketing. Contact us to request deletion of personal information in correspondence. Provider logs and backups follow their own policies.
