Record a headache
Rotate the 3D model and tap up to two main pain spots, or choose a wider area. Select an intensity or pain location, then save your entry. Add sensations and optional symptoms, time, approximate duration, and medication information when useful.
Medication tracking records whether you took medication; it does not manage medicine names or doses.
Review your calendar
Open the year calendar, choose a month, and tap a day to revisit individual entries. To add a past entry, change its start time before saving.
Cloud, rain, and lightning represent mild, moderate, and severe logged pain. Red shading reflects the highest logged intensity for that day. A sun means no headache was logged; it is not a confirmed pain-free day. Future dates remain blank.
Choose a Home Screen icon
In About & Privacy, choose a weather icon or restore the default cloudy icon. iOS shows a confirmation when you change it; notification permission is not needed.
Saving an entry or the passage of time does not change the icon. Icons are decorative and do not indicate pain or recovery.
Change the app language
Open About & Privacy → Language and select English, Simplified Chinese, or the system language. DayHalo is called 头绪 in Chinese.
Delete or recover records
Delete an entry from the history list or its details. Entries are stored locally; there is no account, cross-device sync, or manual backup feature in this version.
If records fail to load, try the retry option and contact support before uninstalling. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backup and restore behavior depends on iOS and your settings.
